- DT and general Montreal area will start delivery the next day around 2:00pm-7:00 pm after order. Delivery within 1-2 days in other regions. We will enter your orders before 6 pm every day, cut off time and your orders will be executed on the next day. Before delivery, you will receive an order completion email, and the delivery staffs will call you when they arrive. If you have any delivery requirements, you can directly contact the delivery person!
- The processing time of your order in the store is usually 1-2 working days. In special circumstances such as holidays, the order processing time may be extended appropriately.
- Please pay attention to choosing the correct address when you submit the order, the wrong address will cause the order to be undelivered or delivery delay.
- In case of special circumstances or force majeure, such as strikes, abnormal weather, etc., the delivery time will be extended according to the actual situation.
