Return and refund initiation and cancellation timing:
- After-sales service: Please check the quality and quantity of the goods within 24 hours after receiving the goods. If there is a product problem, our shop supports to apply for a replacement or refund within 24 hours! Please apply for return processing on the website page, attach the relevant photos, and provide the order number!
- The refund application will be automatically canceled by the system if we do not receive the returned item within 10 working days upon product received and refund request has been approved.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait till you have received your order.
We will refund as soon as the goods returned with intact or unused condition.
For a single product refund, the refund amount is generally the amount of the product you
purchased. If you use one or more preferential methods when paying for the entire order, the
refund amount of the single product will be based on your use The preferential method will be
refunded in proportion instead of the original price of the goods.
For health and safety reasons, all perishables (agricultural products, meat, and seafood),
kitchens, bakeries, dairy products, frozen products, and special offers are final products and
cannot be exchanged.

- Contains damaged, spoiled, or unusable items
- Discounts and/or coupons will not be refunded. The final refund will not exceed the original amount paid.
Ways to return products:
- If there is a quality problem with the product, you can send it back to the supermarket by yourself. Or it can also be returned during the exchange or next delivery.
- For any returns, you will need to include its accessories, manuals, and original packaging. If a gift was given with the returned item, you will need to return it as well. A full refund may not be proceeded if any accessories are missing.
- If the product is returned due to personal reasons, we do not accept the return.
